The Sentinel Program™
Your Emergency Readiness. Managed.
Most businesses don't intentionally neglect emergency preparedness.
It simply gets pushed down the list.
CPR certifications expire. Employees come and go. First aid supplies get used. AEDs are forgotten. Training becomes outdated. And before long, the emergency plan a business thought it had is no longer the emergency plan it actually has.
The Sentinel Program™ was built to solve that problem.
Sentinel is ACRX's comprehensive, year-round emergency-readiness program designed to help businesses keep their people trained, their workplace prepared, and their readiness maintained—without management having to constantly keep track of it themselves.
You run your business. We help manage your emergency readiness.
ONE PROGRAM. YEAR-ROUND READINESS.
Every Sentinel organization receives:
Annual Emergency Readiness Assessment
ACRX evaluates your organization's emergency preparedness, identifies gaps, and provides clear recommendations for improving readiness.
CPR / AED / First Aid Certification Coverage
Certification training for your covered employees is built into the program. No searching for an instructor every time certifications come due.
Stop the Bleed Training
Your team receives practical bleeding-control training designed to prepare employees to respond to life-threatening hemorrhage before professional responders arrive.
Quarterly Readiness Checks
Every quarter, ACRX reviews key areas of your emergency readiness, including first aid, AED preparedness, training status, and previously identified deficiencies.
New-Hire Training Protection
Turnover shouldn't destroy your training program. Sentinel includes annual new-hire training coverage equal to up to 20% of your covered workforce.
Included new-hire training is coordinated through the next available ACRX training opportunity or regularly scheduled Sentinel visit. Additional employees receive preferred Sentinel-member training rates.
Certification Tracking
ACRX maintains your covered employee certification roster and monitors expiration dates so management doesn't have to rely on spreadsheets, calendars, or memory.
Quarterly Micro-Training
Readiness requires repetition.
Sentinel organizations receive short continuing-education sessions throughout the year covering high-impact emergencies such as cardiac arrest, severe bleeding, choking, anaphylaxis, and other relevant response topics.
Emergency Action Quick Guides
ACRX develops easy-to-reference emergency guidance designed around your workplace and the emergencies your employees may actually encounter.
Priority Scheduling
Sentinel organizations receive priority access to available ACRX training dates and service scheduling.
Annual Readiness Report
Leadership receives a clear annual summary covering training status, readiness findings, identified deficiencies, corrective actions, and priorities for the coming year.
BONUS: SENTINEL ONBOARDING DAY
Your Sentinel Program doesn't begin months after enrollment.
It begins immediately.
Every new Sentinel organization receives a comprehensive onboarding process designed to establish its readiness baseline and build the system ACRX will help maintain.
Your Sentinel Onboarding includes:
• Initial Emergency Readiness Assessment
• AED and First Aid Readiness Review
• Employee Certification Audit
• Training Needs Analysis
• Employee Readiness Roster Setup
• 12-Month Sentinel Readiness Calendar
From the beginning, ACRX knows where your organization stands, what needs attention, and what happens next.
BACKED BY THE SENTINEL READINESS GUARANTEE™
We don't want you wondering whether someone's certification quietly expired.
If ACRX fails to notify your organization before an ACRX-tracked employee certification expires, ACRX will provide that employee's renewal training at no additional charge.
We track it. We stand behind it.
THE SENTINEL OSHA READINESS GUARANTEE™
Sentinel is designed to provide accountability for the emergency-readiness areas entrusted to ACRX.
If an OSHA inspection identifies a deficiency within an ACRX-assessed and documented Sentinel readiness area that ACRX previously verified as meeting the applicable standard, ACRX will return, reassess the deficiency, update applicable readiness documentation, and provide corrective support within ACRX's contracted scope at no additional service charge.
STOP MANAGING EMERGENCY READINESS ONE PROBLEM AT A TIME.
You can schedule CPR when certifications expire.
Check the first aid kit when someone remembers.
Look at the AED occasionally.
Train new employees whenever there's enough time.
And hope all of it comes together when an emergency happens.
Or you can build a system.
The Sentinel Program brings assessment, training, continuing education, tracking, documentation, and ongoing readiness management together under one program.
Because preparedness isn't something you do once.
It's a standard you maintain.
ASSESS THE RISKS. TRAIN THE PEOPLE. SUSTAIN THE STANDARD.
THE SENTINEL PROGRAM™
Order From Chaos.
